Johns Manville will also use NPE2018 to celebrate 160 years in business. His company later merged with a company owned by Charles Manville. Today, JM holds leadership positions in the key markets it serves for thermal and acoustical insulation, waterproofing, filtration, flooring, drywall, wall coverings and glass fiber composites.

JM products help create more comfortable environments; improve the energy-efficiency and durability of buildings; enhance indoor air quality; reduce noise; and improve fire resistance, among other things. Application of JM products include reinforcing waterproofing membranes and roofing shingles; strengthening wind energy blades; insulating aircrafts; and helping to lighten automobiles to reduce CO2 emissions.

“Johns Manville has a rich history of innovation and leadership in the global markets we serve,” Sapp said. “We provide supply security and continually strive to deliver positive JM Experiences to our customers. These experiences and our drive to innovate in everything we do gives JM a competitive advantage that helps our partners succeed.”
